Products are shipped at the following cost:
- Orders up to and including £50: £3.95
- Orders over £50 up to and including £100: £6.95
- Orders over £100 up to and including £200: £9.95
Please check specification and suitability before ordering. Returned goods may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. All damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. All returns must be authorized by us prior to dispatch, unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Non-faulty goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt for refund of purchase price, they must be unused, in their original packaging, undamaged and suitable for resale when received by us, with all carriage charges fully paid.
Special orders from overseas suppliers to customers specifications are non refundable.
